The sparkling wine has a golden yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of dried fruit, with floral notes. On the palate full and rich, pleasant with a refreshing finish. Delicious as an aperitif, but also goes very well with a good piece of meat or fish. Excellent in combination with a dessert.
Region: Monforte d'Alba, Langhe, Italy High: 500 m Harvest: First week of September Vineyard: The wine is obtained from grapes coming from different parts on the lower part of the hill. The soil is cooler here, preserving the freshness of the wine. Vinification: Direct pressing of the bunches. Initial fermentation takes place in French oak barriques at a temperature of 15-18°C for 10 days. Re-fermentation takes place in the bottle at a temperature of around 14°C.
