The Extra Dry Sparkling Wine 3647 I.G.P. is one of the newest wines in the 3647 line. This sparkling wine captures the spirit of Grottaglie’s artisans and their passion in its bubbles, in an extra dry version. It’s perfect for celebrating any occasion.
The grapes come from the Itria Valley and are picked by hand. They grow in the Guyot and Spurred Cordon systems. There are 13,000 bottles of 0.75 liters. The wine is made with white vinification, with the first fermentation at a controlled temperature and the bubbles forming at a low temperature in an autoclave. With 11.5% alcohol, it’s fresh and lively.
The smell is intense and fruity with hints of green apple. The taste has good acidity and feels fresh, pleasant, and harmonious in the mouth. It’s great as an aperitif and with any dish, even for big occasions. A sparkling choice for people who love elegance!
