Product description
The L'Inopiné Blanc AOP Luberon is a white wine made from Roussanne (75%), grenache blanc (15%) and Rolle (10%). The wine is best drunk with fish, shellfish and seafood. But is also delicious with white meat and various types of cheese.
This wine adventure begins with a unique blend of Roussanne (75%), Grenache blanc (15%), and Rolle (10%) grapes, growing on Sabio limoneux and cailloutis soil. Located at an altitude of 300 metres at the foot of the Luberon mountains, Mas Lauris' vineyards benefit from a microclimate that allows for cool nights and sunny days, with the blessing of the mistral keeping the grapes healthy.
Certified organic, the grapes are carefully harvested by hand in the early morning, illuminated by the soft light of a headlamp. The historically warm and dry year 2022 featured a cold winter, a homogeneous start to the growing season with promising grape bunches, a dry spring with a lack of precipitation but still favourable for flowering, and a very hot summer with a few heat waves, reminiscent of the year 2003, and historically low levels of drought. A welcome shower of rain in August and exceptional September weather created the perfect conditions for an ideal harvest.
Vineification included a short maceration in the press to enhance aromatic extraction, followed by cold stabilisation before alcoholic fermentation, all certified organic. Fifteen per cent of the wine was fermented in oak barrels, another 15 per cent in concrete eggs, and the remainder in stainless steel tanks.

After blending the juices, maturation on fine lees followed for four months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling, in line with the lunar calendar, took place at the end of winter to preserve maximum aromatic potential. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol, this wine presents itself with a beautiful golden-green colour and a fresh, elegant nose of white fruits, subtle brioche notes and exotic fruits
In the mouth, this wine opens up with a beautiful golden-green colour and a fresh, elegant nose of white fruits, subtle brioche notes and exotic fruits.
In the mouth, the wine opens lively, followed by balanced roundness and freshness, resulting in a balanced wine with impressive length. An ideal companion to fish, shellfish and seafood, as well as white meats and cheeses, such as a delicious goat cheese from the Luberon area. Drinkable from today, with a five-year storage potential. Taste the essence of Luberon in this masterful 2022 creation.
