LISA is an exclusive, unfiltered sparkling wine with only 360 bottles per year - pure, vibrant and infused with authentic terroir character.
'Lisa' Vino Spumante di Qualità Brut Millesimato is an exclusive sparkling wine, produced in very limited editions and only in the best vintage years. Made from 100% Roscetto grapes, a rare and indigenous variety, this wine reflects the unique terroir of volcanic soils with tuff and sand layers. The vineyards are at an altitude of 436 metres, enjoy ideal southwest exposure and are carefully managed organically.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning hours and taken to the cellar before lunch to preserve their freshness. After gentle pressing, using only 40% of the free-run must, the wine matures for 12 months on fine lees, with weekly bâtonnage to refine complexity and balance. Second fermentation is triggered in spring by adding must, after which the wine is immediately bottled and matures further for at least 36 months. This gives LISA its fine mousse, delicate structure and layered aromas.
The result is an elegant and expressive sparkling wine with lively acidity and refined depth. Bottled unfiltered and unclarified, LISA retains its authentic character and natural sediment. Store the bottle upright and pour at 8-10°C to fully appreciate the pure expression of this special wine. With an annual production of just 360 bottles, this is an exclusive choice for lovers of artisanal, terroir-driven wines.
