The L'lnopiné Rosé AOP Luberon is a rosé wine made from Grenache noir (40%), Mourvèdre (30%), Syrah (25%) and Cinsault (5%) and is best enjoyed with a piece of veal with vegetables, but is also perfect with a piece of grilled fish with a nice salad.
L'lnopiné Rosé, an organic wine from the AOP Luberon, embodies the unique characteristics of MasLauris, located at the foot of the Luberon. Made from Grenache noir (40%), Mourvèdre (30%), Syrah (25%) and Cinsault (5%). The vineyards, certified organic, are at an altitude of 300 metres, benefiting from cool nights and sunny days, with the mistral ensuring perfect health of the grapes.
The 2022 harvest, historically warm and dry, featured a cold winter that allowed the vine to resume its natural cycle and avoid late spring frosts. Despite a drought at the start of spring, a balanced and positive start led to beautiful bunches of grapes. A mild and healthy spring without precipitation promoted vine growth. The hot summer, with several heat waves, and historic drought were followed by salubrious rain in August. September offered exceptional weather, allowing for timely harvesting.
Vineification included careful gravity reception, progressive juice extraction through gentle pressing and cold stabilisation before fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation was certified organic. The wine rested on fine lees for 4 months and was bottled at the end of winter, respecting the lunar calendar to preserve its maximum aromatic potential. With an alcohol content of 13% vol, this rosé has a beautiful pale pink colour with violet tones.
The subtle and intense fragrance reveals notes of red berries and exotic fruits. The taste is fresh and crisp with nice fullness and citrus notes. Ideal with light meals such as salads, sushi, grilled meats and refined dishes such as grilled white fish or a piece of veal with vegetables. Perfect as an aperitif, both in summer and winter, for convivial moments with friends.
