This wine, called Luna Vona, from Cantina di Orgosolo, originates in the lush valleys of Locoe and Sorasi, and the high-altitude terrains of "Sa Lacana" in Orgosolo. With its ruby red colour that tends to garnet red over time, Luna Vona offers an intense aroma of forest fruits and a well-structured, harmonious flavour experience. This red wine, with an alcohol content of 14.5%, is characterised by soft tannins and a clean, persistent finish. Luna Vona represents not only a wine, but also a philosophy of sustainable agricultural practices. Made from pure Cannonau grapes, sourced from sunny hills with moderate production per hectare, this wine embodies commitment to tradition and quality. The grapes are hand-picked and undergo careful vinification, followed by maturation for about 6 months in chestnut oak barrels. With its medium body and an ideal serving temperature between 18 and 20°C, Luna Vona is an invitation to discover the unique flavours of Sardinia.
