The 'M' Vino Rosso Dolce is a sweet dessert wine made from 100% Marzemino that can be drunk perfectly with chocolate and red fruit.
The wine is rich, intense and complex as a dessert wine should be. It is a velvety dessert wine that is pure but powerfully experienced on the palate. The grapes are further aged for 4 months after they are picked before pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks after which the wine is placed in French oak barrels for 6 months before maturing in bottle for a further 12 months. The wine is good as a dessert wine but can also be used as a meditation wine.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
