The Madiran Le Moulié is a red wine made from 80% Tannat and 20% Cabernet Franc and is best enjoyed as an aperitif, and with tapas and grilled red meat.
A beautiful deep red cherry colour with violet nuances, an intense aroma of blackcurrants and spices: the approach is very inviting. The palate does not disappoint: full, dense and velvety, full of fruit, carried by fine and very well encapsulated tannins, this is a modern and irresistibly charming Madiran.
Wine and food pairings: serve at 16°C, ideal with aperitifs with tapas of charcuterie, but also with grilled red meat, South-West French dishes, couscous, tagines, and Oriental dishes.
