Du Moulié's Madiran Mademoiselle Chiffre is a red wine made from 100% Tannat and is best enjoyed with spicy food, beef and desserts of chocolate.
This wine, with its dark, intense and glossy colour, enchants you with its generous aromas of blackcurrants, black cherries and toasted spices. The generous and complex palate is dominated by aromas of black fruits, liquorice and spices, carried by silky smooth tannins.
Wine and food pairings: serve at 16°C, it goes with all kinds of dishes: the gastronomy of south-western France, but also with spicy dishes (curries, tagines), beautiful grilled cuts of beef or even chocolate desserts.
