The Marchetti Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico is a white wine made from 100% verdicchio grapes that goes perfectly with a fish dish.
The white wine has an annual circulation of 10,000 bottles that come from vines planted on limestone substrates. The vines are planted using the guyot method and produce around 10,000kg of verdicchio grapes annually. The wine is fermented at controlled temperature after which it is aged in steel tanks for 4 months. On the nose, the wine has an intense floral character with an elegant but balanced finish.
