The Marpésia, a sophisticated rosé champagne that combines elegance and character. This expressive cuvée consists of 75% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir and 15% still red wine sourced from the Coteaux Champenois. The result is a champagne with a brilliant rose petal colour, in which lively, fine bubbles dance playfully upwards.
Marpésia has matured for two years and underwent full malolactic fermentation. On the nose and palate, delicate aromas of raspberry and strawberry dominate, supported by subtle minerality and floral notes. The flavour profile is harmonious and lively, with a pleasant body and a soft finish. With a dosage of 10 grams per litre, this champagne falls into the Brut category, while maintaining an accessible freshness.

Champagne Bonvalet is the result of a bold dream and a modern vision of the age-old champagne house. Founders and owners Guillaume and Pauline Bonvalet, without family heritage or acquired vineyards, blazed their own trail in the heart of Champagne. The first bottles came out of their cellar in 2015, after two years of ageing. Seven years later, in 2022, their venture was officially recognised as a Maison de Champagne - one of the youngest houses allowed to hold this prestigious title.
