The Martino IV Tuscia DOC by Castelli is a red wine made from Canaiolo Nero from the Etruscan Hills of Marta, Lazio that goes perfectly with fresh fish, red meat and slightly sweet dishes. The vineyard is 315m above sea level where the grapes are hand-picked and fermented under controlled temperature of 18 degrees. The wine is then aged for 6-7 months in steel vats. The wine has an alcohol content of 14 and has a delicate and fruity aroma. The wine has a lingering finish and leaves hints of wild berries and flowers. It is advisable to let the wine air for a while before consuming it at 12°C - 15°C
