The Martino IV Tuscia DOC by Castelli is an elegant red wine from the Etruscan Hills in Marta, Lazio, made from the exceptional Canaiolo Nero grape. At 315 meters above sea level, the grapes are hand-picked to ensure the best quality. After controlled fermentation at 18 degrees, the wine matures for six to seven months in steel vats. This process results in a refined wine with an alcohol content of 14% and a delicate, fruity aroma that immediately invites tasting.
This refined red wine has a lingering finish with subtle hints of wild berries and floral notes, making for a delicious tasting experience. The Martino IV Tuscia DOC is at its best when allowed to air for a while and served at a temperature between 12°C and 15°C.
