The Marzemino Capriano del Colle DOC is a red wine made from 100% Marzemino that is best enjoyed with raw meat, stuffed fish and pasta.
This red wine has a pleasant mouth feel with a richness of fruit in recognisable aromas. The wine is dynamic and complex with good drinkability. The Marzemino grapes are picked manually after which fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature takes place in steel tanks. Further ageing takes place in cement vats.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
