The Minutolo Valle d'Itria IGP is a white wine made from 100% minutolo that can be perfectly drunk with seafood or as an aperitif.
The wine has a straw yellow colour with pale golden reflections. Intense aromas of exotic fruit and citrus jump out of the glass. On the palate, the acidity is balanced and the wine has a nice persistence. 13,000 bottles are bottled annually.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
