Our vineyards, located within a 15-kilometre radius of Alcamo, cover a variety of soils and microclimates, each exerting a unique influence on the grapes. Some grapes, like those from Camporeale, have a natural balance and are perfect for single vinification. However, grapes like Catarratto, Grillo and Zibibbo show their best character when paired together. While individually these varieties have wonderful flavours, together they reach their full potential, resulting in a rich and complex wine after a 12-day maceration on the skins.
Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks, creating a fresh and vibrant flavour that retains the characteristics of each grape. This blend of Catarratto, Grillo and Zibibbo delivers a wine that pairs excellently with marinated meats, fattier fish and even pre-dessert courses, making it a versatile choice for elaborate dinners.
Originating from the regions of Alcamo, Camporeale and Monreale, this wine offers a fresh, fruity and full-bodied taste experience. Served at a temperature of 14-16 degrees and with an alcohol content of 13.5%, it presents itself as a wine that perfectly balances complexity and freshness, while expressing Sicily's unique terroir.
