Giachinno's Nebbiolo Superiore is aged in large oak. The wine has a red colour with garnet reflections, aromas of small red fruits, Balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, it is fine and complex. The tannins are pleasant and easily perceptible. These same tannins are typical of the vine.
This Nebbiolo just screams to be paired with the most delicious dishes. Think truffle risotto, stuffed portobello with spinach and parmesan cheese. Also ideal paired with red meat and hard cheeses. Serve in large glasses to enhance its properties at a temperature of 18/20°C.
