This red natural wine from Garoglio Davide is made from Barbera and Freisa. Both grapes were harvested on exactly the same day, so the Freisa grape is overripe. After fermentation, the wine undergoes maturation for a total of 16 months, including 10 months in a stainless steel tank, another 6 months of aging in bottle. The wine is ruby red with hints of garnet. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with soft tannins. This wine pairs well with full pastas and various meat dishes.
