The Moscato D'asti by Alessandro Motta is a white sparkling wine made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes that is great to drink as an aperitif or with slightly sweet desserts.
This Moscato has a golden yellow colour and a fresh and enchanting nose. The scents of yellow fruits such as Peach and Apricot are evident. Exploring the wine further, you also discover aromatic herbs like mint and sage. The wine has a firm body, is round and has a pleasant and long-lasting finish.
Fresh to serve with dessert, excellent with dry pastries, Christmas panettone and Easter colomba. Very interesting combination with salami and mature cheeses. Also interesting when combined with lemon ice cream in the recipe for lemon groppino.
