The Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a white sparkling wine made from Moscato that goes best with desserts, pastries or fresh fruit.
The wine has an intense straw yellow colour with a distinctive aroma while the taste is aromatic and sweet. The wine is gently pressed after which the obtained must is placed in steel tanks. The wine is fermented at low temperature and fermentation is stopped after it reaches an alcohol content of 5%. The wine is then stabilised, clarified, filtered and bottled.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
