The Muskat-Trollinger Rosé Trocken is a salmon-pink rosé made from Muskat Trollinger with aromas of lychee and rhubarb, and on the palate mineral and fruity.
This Muskat Trollinger Rosé is matured in stainless steel tanks and in the nose has aromas of roses, lychee and rhubarb. After brief swirling and tasting, you will recognise flavours of orange, cherries, strawberries, as well as mineral-like flavours thanks to the chalky soil.
This rosé goes very well with asparagus, couscous salad or as an aperitif.
