N'dièl Vino Spumante Rosato Pet-Nat is a sparkling tribute to the warmth and hospitality of Verona. The name "N'dièl" comes from a local expression that literally means "a finger of wine" - a playful way of welcoming friends with a small glass of wine and a grand gesture of conviviality. This natural rosé bubble is anything but complex, but irresistible for that very reason. It is made for sharing, for enjoying together with a piece of bread, a slice of salami and good company. It is the ultimate companion to spontaneous moments.
The wine is made from organically grown Corvina, Molinara and Negrara from the hilly vineyards of Calmasino di Bardolino. After gentle pressing of the whole bunches, the juice is spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation, which gives the wine its natural sparkle, takes place in the bottle by adding frozen must from the Oseleta grape. Aging on the fine yeasts lasts a minimum of three months and takes place in elegant clay ceramic Clayver amphorae.
N'dièl sparkles in the glass with a light salmon pink colour and a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet is intensely fruity with notes of red berry fruit, while the palate is carried by lively minerality and lingering saline freshness. This is a wine that celebrates spontaneity, a lively and charming glass that, like a good conversation, lingers for a long time. As Mario Soldati once said, "Wines are like people - unpredictable, changeable, idiosyncratic. That's their charm, and their taste." N'dièl is sparkling proof of that.
