The Nebbiolo d'Alba Paradi' DOC is a red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo that should be drunk with rich main courses and hearty cheeses.
The wine has a surprising bouquet of aromas with hints of roses and spices. The mouthfeel is round while the wine's firm body comes out well. This balanced Nebbiolo from Alba vinifies in steel tanks after which it matures for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine has an alcohol content of 14.5% and should be drunk at room temperature. However, it is wise to give it a good airing before consuming the wine.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
