The Nebbiolo d’Alba Paradi’ DOC 2022 is a red wine from Piedmont, Italy, made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, hand-picked from vineyards with coarse sand and sandstone soil. It’s traditionally vinified in steel tanks at 28-30 °C for 15 days, with malolactic fermentation, and aged for 12 months in barrique barrels. With its ruby-red color and 14% alcohol, this wine captures the strength and finesse of this famous region.
