Product description
The Colline Novaresi DOC Nebbiolo 2020 is a red wine from a 1.5-hectare vineyard in Valle Ceresole, Briona, Piedmont, Italy, at 280 meters altitude. Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, hand-picked in crates in early October when sugars and acidity are balanced, it grows on a clay-rich, medium-structured soil with the Guyot system and careful, integrated farming. With its deep red color and 14% alcohol, this wine shows the strength of this famous grape.
Vinification begins with destemming and 5 to 7 days of skin maceration in steel tanks, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation and induced malolactic fermentation in winter, with bottling in March or April. Its ruby-red color has light garnet reflections, and its scent is intense and focused, with aromas of cherries and red fruits that create a warm and inviting bouquet.
On the tongue, this Nebbiolo is full and distinctive, with a firm structure and a lasting licorice finish that stays with you. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meat and meat sauces, where its robust taste complements the dishes beautifully. Serve it at 18 °C in a Bordeaux bottle with a natural cork and enjoy its rich, authentic character.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
