The Nebbiolo vineyards are located at the top of our estate to ensure the best sun exposure to the grapes. The grapes are harvested around the second half of October. At the end of fermentation, the wine undergoes subsequent malolactic fermentation and is placed in 12-hectolitre French oak barrels for 2 years. Once refinement is complete, the wine is bottled and left to rest for 6 months in our underground cellar.

The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery.
All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
