The 'Nebula Nature' Metodo Classico Brut is a white sparkling wine made from 100% Nebbiolo that can be drunk beautifully as an aperitif.
The wine has thin and velvety bubble with an aromatic profile reminiscent of flowers, elderberry and delicate notes of fresh fruits such as citrus and yellow fruit.
The mouthfeel of the wine is fresh, elegant and harmonious. The wine is made according to the Metodo Classico which means, among other things, that it ages in bottle for a minimum of 30 months.
