The Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP is a rosé made from 100% Negroamaro that is best drunk with fish dishes, white meat and fresh cheeses.
The wine has a classic intense rosé colour. The wine has distinct aromas of raspberry and pomegranate. On the palate, the fresh acidity is accompanied by the presence of red fruit. This rosé is ideal for a sunny day and should be drunk chilled in good company.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
