The 'Nero di Sole' Salento IGP Primitivo is a red wine made from 100% primitivo that goes perfectly with heartier main courses with mature cheeses, grilled meats and game.
The wine has a ruby red colour with purple reflections. The aromas of violets, cherries and spicy peppers are evident. The mouthfeel is full of elegant tannins that lead to a nice balance thanks to pleasant acidity. The wine is aged in steel tanks of which a total of 7,000 bottles are bottled annually.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
