The Salento IGP Primitivo Rosso Freddo 'Nero di Sole' is a red wine made from 100% primitivo that is best drunk as an aperitif or with a pizza.
The grapes for this red wine are picked manually. Maturation takes place in steel tanks after which it is further aged in bottle for at least 3 months. 7,000 bottles of this wine are made annually. The wine has a ruby red colour with purple reflections. On the nose, clear aromas of violet, cherries and plums can be recognised. On the palate, the wine has pleasant acidity with a nice soft balance.

The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
