The wine shines with a deep ruby colour and offers a complex and refined aroma. Hints of wild fruits and red berries blend harmoniously with nuances of blond tobacco, peppercorns, aromatic spices and subtle floral accents. On the palate, Nispoli offers perfect balance: refined tannins and fresh, savoury notes create a pleasing and lingering palate.
With an alcohol content of 14% and a nine-month maturation in French oak barrels, followed by bottle maturation, this wine has an eight-year ageing potential. Nispoli comes into its own alongside pasta with delicate sauces, red meat, game dishes and mature cheeses.
