The optimal exposure of the vineyards actually allows the Barbera and Merlot grapes to be picked and vinified simultaneously, balancing the distinctive acidity, colour and sugar content of both grapes.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and maceration takes 10 days to preserve all the wine's fruity and fresh aromas. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine rests the 6 months in steel. Later, the wine is bottled and stored in our cellar for about 3 months.

Mooi donkere rode wijn. Met iets tannine wat je mag verwachten uit Piemonte. Goed glas wijn en zelf iets kouder gedronken (16 gr). Kersn, bessen en wat zoethout en mooie afdronk. Goed glas wijn.
