Garoglio Davide's Oca Bianca is a white wine made from 80% Barbera and 20% Cortese. The wine is fresh and fruity and goes perfectly with white meat, fish and medium-aged cheeses. The grapes are soaked for three days on skins in steel tanks before fermenting naturally, without any interference. This leads to a robust wine va 13% with an intense straw yellow colour that is at the same time young and fresh.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
