The Orange is an orange wine made from 100% Zibibbo and is best drunk with soft cheeses, poultry and seafood.
Orange by Abbazia San Giorgio is a white wine macerated on the skins from ancient Zibibbo vines, declared by UNESCO as "intangible" human heritage, grown on the black soil of Pantelleria with ancient, traditional methods. All vineyards are managed organically using biodynamic practices. On the nose, sweet hints of apricot, citrus peel, dried fruit and honey with a saline and mineral note. On the palate sunny and Mediterranean freshness, refined savouriness and caressing tannins underline its unique character. Orange goes well with soft cheeses, poultry and seafood. Serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
