Du Moulie's Pacherenc du Vic Bilh is a sweet white wine made from Petit and Gros Manseng and is best enjoyed as an aperitif, or with foie gras and soft cheeses.
The wine has a bright, shiny, golden colour with silver reflections. This wine invites enjoyment with its aromas of pear, apricot, mango and a hint of quince. The attack is immediate and lively, the palate is full and generous.
Wine and food pairings: Serve at 10/11°C, as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue cheeses, sweet-salty dishes, chocolate or yellow fruit desserts.
