Product description
Parigi is a refined and elegant expression of Nebbiolo, from a single vineyard that has been known by this name for generations. Located on a sunny southern slope between Alba and Diano d'Alba, in Santa Rosalia, the vineyard enjoys a special terroir with a significant presence of sandstone. This unique soil type contributes to the wine's refined structure and complexity.
After careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, the wine undergoes a gentle vinification, during which the pips are carefully removed. This process results in a Nebbiolo with subtle, elegant tannins. The wine is then aged for 12 to 14 months in tonneaux of both French and American oak, which enriches the delicate floral notes with refined hints of vanilla and sweet tobacco.
In the glass, Parigi shows a pale ruby color with subtle orange reflections, typical of a refined Nebbiolo. The nose is seduced by an elegant bouquet of red fruits and licorice, with floral nuances of violets that further refine with age. On the palate, the wine is dry and elegant, with a balanced structure and a lingering finish. A perfect choice for lovers of Nebbiolo looking for finesse and refinement.

To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:

You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
