Barolo DOCG:The Barolo by Aimasso has a full, intense garnet colour and offers fruity and spicy aromas. With hints of small red fruit, dried rose, violet, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, and sometimes liquorice, cocoa, tobacco and leather, this wine reaches its peak after 10 years of ageing, but remains excellent even after 20 years or more. Ideal to pair with roasted red meat, stewed meats, game, truffles, hard cheeses and aged cheeses; it is recommended to let the wine breathe for at least two hours before serving.
