The 'Pin8' Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT Rosso is a red dessert wine made from 100% aleatico that goes best with sweet pastries and the spicier blue cheeses.
The passito has a deep ruby red colour with garnet reflections. On the nose, the wine has intense aromas of black fruits and figs. On the palate, the experience is warm, soft with a freshness that gives a balanced sensation. The finish is persistent and retains the hints of fruit seen earlier on the nose.
