- 1x 'Rossetto' Rosato Lazio IGT: The 'Rossetto' is a unique and artisanal rosé wine, originating from vineyards at 436 meters altitude in the hills of Lazio. This particular blend combines 80% Procanico, from nine-year-old vines, with 20% Violone, harvested from fifty-year-old vines. The vines grow on a volcanic soil with tufa and sand layers, creating a striking minerality and freshness.

- 1x 'T1' Bianco Lazio IGT: This Bianco Lazio IGT is a pure expression of the Procanico grape, grown on volcanic soils with a top layer of sand and a subsoil of tuff. The vineyards, situated at an altitude of 436 meters with an ideal southwest exposure, produce grapes with pronounced minerality and aromatic finesse.
- 1x 'San Tin' Sangiovese Rosso Lazio IGT: 'San Tin' s a pure expression of 100% Sangiovese, sourced from 50-year-old vines in the heart of Lazio. The vineyards are at 436 meters altitude, where the volcanic soil with tuff and sand layers creates a unique balance between elegance and structure.
- 1x 'RM' Bianco Lazio IGT: The RM is a unique and rare maceration wine made entirely from the indigenous Roscetto grape. This is a special wine, as it is the only Roscetto that is vinified purely on the skins. During fermentation, 30% of the skins remain in contact with the must, giving the wine a deep complexity and structure.
