- 2x 'Viva' Bianco Lazio IGT: The 'Viva' is an expressive and authentic white wine made entirely from the indigenous Procanico grape. The vineyards lie on volcanic soil with a first layer of sand and tuff underneath, giving the wine a distinct minerality. The grapes are grown according to the Guyot system at an altitude of 436 meters and benefit from favorable southwestern sun exposure.
- 2x 'T1' Bianco Lazio IGT: The 'T1' is a pure expression of the Procanico grape, grown on volcanic soils with a top layer of sand and a subsoil of tuff. The vineyards, situated at 436 meters altitude with an ideal southwest exposure, produce grapes with pronounced minerality and aromatic finesse.
- 2x 'RM' Bianco Lazio IGT: The 'RM' is a unique and rare maceration wine made entirely from the indigenous Roscetto grape. This is a special wine, as it is the only Roscetto that is vinified purely on the skins. During fermentation, 30% of the skins remain in contact with the must, giving the wine deep complexity and structure.
