The soil in Trouillas consists of loamy-clay soils with an extremely stony surface. The vineyards are sustainably managed and benefit from a favourable location on the slopes of Mas Deu and the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.

The wine is made from Grenache Blanc and Roussanne grapes and is produced in an edition of 5,000 bottles.
The vinification includes an early harvest and skin softening in a pneumatic press, followed by low-temperature fermentation. The wine matures for three months on lees in a cuve, with bâtonnage applied for added complexity. On tasting, the wine reveals a bright, golden colour. The nose is subtle and opens with aromas of exotic fruits, citrus and white fruits. The initial palate is lively and slightly sparkling, with a powerful yet fresh mouth full of intense citrus aromas. The wine has excellent overall balance. The wine has a storage potential of three years and is best served between 13 and 14°C.
