This organic red wine from Domaine La Perdrix is made from Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Carignan and goes perfectly with grilled red meat or a sumptuous drinks board.
This beautiful red wine is for wine lovers who also dare to dream during the day. The blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Carignan results in a refined wine. Traditional maceration and separate vinification of the grape varieties, combined with pigeages and délestages in thermally regulated cuves, ensure careful extraction of flavours and aromas. After vinification, the wine matures for six months in stainless steel tanks, contributing to its freshness and clarity.
On tasting, this wine reveals a brilliant ruby colour with subtle tile red reflections. The nose is fine and delicate, with subtle notes of spices and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the wine offers a balanced and warm experience, with a finish reminiscent of black cherries and a hint of violets. The wine has a storage potential of five years and is best served between 15 and 16°C.
