      Product description

      The Prosecco DOC Brut Rosé Biologico is a sparkling rose (prosecco) made from Glera and Pinot Nero that goes excellently with light cheeses, fish and pizza.

      This refined wine is cultivated in the lush soils of Meduna di Livenza, Treviso - Veneto, and Pasiano di Pordenone, Pordenone - Friuli Venezia Giulia. Prosecco DOC Rosé Organic is a product of the prosperous soils of the Veneto-Friuli plain, which provide ideal conditions for these grape varieties to shine.

      The blend of Glera and Pinot Nero is trained according to the Fleurtai training system. The harvest period ranges from 10 September to 10 October for Glera and the first week of September for Pinot Nero. With a maximum yield of 150 q.li/ha for both grape varieties, winemaking is carried out through the "Martinotti method Charmat". Natural fermentation takes place in an autoclave for at least 60 days.
      The PROSECCO DOC Brut Rosé Organic presents itself with a fine, numerous and persistent pearlisation. The colour is a bright pearly pink. The bouquet is characterised by fruity notes of red apple and small red fruits. The taste is fresh and delicate, with the wine's invigorating character enchanting the palate.

      This beautiful Prosecco offers an alcohol content of 11.5% vol and a subtle residual sugar of about 8 g/lt, as well as an overall acidity of about 5.6 g/lt. Store the bottles vertically in a cool environment with constant humidity, protected from light and heat sources. Serve the wine at an ideal temperature between 8°C and 10°C to get the best out of the flavours.
