The 'PRS' Toscana IGT is a white wine made from 100% Malvasia Lunga that can be drunk perfectly as an aperitif on warm days or with a fresh salad or fish dish.
The wine has a pale golden yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus and exotic fruit can be detected. The freshness of the wine is complemented by a particularly oily layer that is quite unusual for this grape variety. The grapes are half-harvested after which vinification begins. The maceration with skin is short-lived and after 12 hours the juice is put into cement vats to age for 4 months with frequent batonnage. After these 4 months, the wine matures in bottle for another 4 months after which it goes on sale.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
