2x Negroamaro Salento IGP :The Negroamaro Salento IGP is a red wine made from 100% Negroamaro that is best enjoyed with hearty pasta with bolgonese sauce, lamb or mature cheeses.
2x 'Nero di Sole' Salento IGP Primitivo: The 'Nero di Sole' Salento IGP Primitivo is a red wine made from 100% primitivo that goes perfectly with heartier main courses with mature cheeses, grilled meats and game.
2x Salento IGP Primitivo Rosso Freddo:Yearly 7,000 bottles are produced of this wine. This beautiful Primitivo has a ruby red colour with purple reflections. On the nose, clear aromas of violet, cherries and plums can be recognised. On the palate, the wine has a pleasant acidity with a nice soft balance.
