The 'Pumin Rus' Langhe Rosato DOC is a rose made from 100% Dolcetto that is perfect to be drunk as an aperitif or with a sumptuous drinks board with cold cuts and lighter cheeses.
Thanks to a gentle pressing, this rosé has a beautiful reddish colour. The wine comes from the lower part of the vineyard in order to preserve freshness.
The wine is directly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months.
The Rosato has a pale pink colour, well comparable to onion skins. It has aromas of talc, make-up powder and fresh red fruits like blackberries and currants. It has a bitter tone, traceable to an unripe almond.On the palate, it is fresh, soft and with good acidity.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
