The Barolo has a delicate ruby garnet colour. Unmistakable and very pleasant aromas, fruity, intense and ethereal, very persistent with a balsamic finish. This wine is full-bodied and fresh. The palate is dry, with present, full-bodied tannins.
This wine from Abrigo goes very well with tasty meat main courses such as stewed meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses.

Location: Additional geographical indication "Ravera", municipality of Novello. Soil of Tortonic origin, composed of laminated fossilised marl of Sant'Agata. Calcareous, clayey and very deep. Altitude 400 m above sea level location southeast.
Variable age of vineyards: from 20 to 35 years.
Harvest: Manual, carried out in crates, mid-October.
Ageing: 38 months, of which at least 18 in variable capacity French oak barrels. Several months of bottle aging then takes place before the wine is released to the market in January, in its fourth year after harvest.
