The 'Rebus' Ruchè DOCG is a red wine made from 100% Ruché grapes that is a perfect fit for pasta, risotto and mature cheeses.
Ruchè is a grape native to Monferrato. The Ruchè grape grows on the dry, calcareous soils of a limited area of the Basso (=low) Monferrato. It is made from a limited number of high-quality vines.The wine has a ruby red colour with light orange hues. It has an intensely fruity nose of small red fruits and fresh floral aromas such as rose petals. The palate is well balanced with light tannins.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
