The Rocche Nizza DOCG is a full-bodied red wine made from the Barbera grape, from the prestigious Nizza wine region. This wine embodies the best of the region and its rich traditions.
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a careful vinification process. After destemming and crushing, they ferment in cement tanks, with the skins in contact with the juice for 25 to 30 days. The wine ages for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels and then another 12 months in the bottle.
This powerful yet silky wine has a rich structure and refined flavors. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 380 meters with a southwest exposure, contributing to the complexity and elegance. Perfect with red meat, grilled dishes, and aged cheeses.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
