This Arneis is made from grapes sourced from two carefully selected vineyards, each with unique characteristics that contribute to the wine's complexity. The first vineyard, located in Piobesi d'Alba, has sand-rich soil that gives the wine a distinct minerality. The second, in northern Roero, consists of marl-rich soil, providing additional structure and body.
Both wines are vinified separately and later blended together to create a balanced, aromatic white wine with a refreshing character. The aroma offers delicate, floral notes with hints of ripe pear, typical of the Arneis grape. On the palate, it is round and harmonious, with a subtle bitterness on the finish that adds depth.
This versatile wine is ideal as an everyday enjoyment and perfect for summer. It lends itself perfectly as an aperitif and is an ideal pairing with light fish dishes, seafood or fresh salads.
