Roquevieille Blanc is a refined white wine from the slopes and plateaus of the Entre-Deux-Mers area, where a clay-limestone terroir provides optimal growing conditions for white grape varieties. This cuvée consists mainly of Sauvignon (85%), complemented by a touch of Sémillon (15%), providing balance between liveliness and roundness.
After harvest, the wine matures for 3 to 4 months on its fine lees, adding to its texture and depth. This ageing creates a pleasant fullness that nicely balances the natural freshness of the Sauvignon grape. The result is a wine with a striking minerality, accompanied by elegant citrus aromas that excite the senses.
Roquevieille Blanc is the perfect accompaniment to a rich seafood platter or simply plancha grilled fish. A fresh, yet rich white wine that is balanced and expressive, it goes perfectly with summer dishes or refined fish meals.
