The 'Rosa al Monte' Toscana Rosato IGT 2023 is a rose made from 80% Sangiovese and 20% Pugnitello that can be drunk perfectly as an aperitif or with a fresh pizza.
The rose has an intense pink colour with a rich aroma of fresh fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is a soft wine with nice acidity that is fresh and balanced. The Sangiovese and Pugnitello grapes are harvested manually in the latter days of August after which they are carefully destemmed and crushed. The must remains in contact with the skins for several hours after which the wine is clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
